By accessing or using the website/mobile application of Overseas Learning Eduway OPC Pvt Ltd (also known as Global Student Consultants), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
B. Fees and Payment
Global Student Consultants (GSC) has arrangements with universities and may receive compensation upon successful student enrolment. Students are not charged conditional fees based on scholarship awards. Any payments must only be made through official GSC payment channels or specified university accounts. No payments should be made to individual bank accounts.
C. Service Usage
The use of our platform is for personal, non-commercial purposes. The content is subject to change without notice and may include inaccuracies for which we are not liable. Any unauthorized use may lead to legal action.
D. Intellectual Property
All content, design, trademarks, and other materials on the platform are owned or licensed by GSC. Reproduction or unauthorized use is prohibited without prior written consent.
E. Limitation Of Liability
GSC is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Users agree to indemnify GSC and its associates from any losses arising from misuse.
F. Eligibility
Only individuals competent under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 may use our services. Minors must use the services under parental/legal guardian supervision.
G. Privacy and Data Consent
By using our services, you grant us consent to process your personal, academic, and financial data strictly for educational consultation purposes, including applications, visa assistance, and scholarship guidance, in line with our Privacy Policy.
H. Inbox Service
We may create custom email IDs to facilitate communication with universities. These IDs are monitored in read-only mode by GSC and used solely for application tracking. We will not communicate with third parties through your ID without consent.
I. Scholarships and Financial Aid
Scholarships are awarded at GSC’s sole discretion based on student profiles. Rewards are processed post deposit payment and visa issuance. GSC does not collect any fees contingent on scholarship disbursement.
J. Refunds and Cancellation
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per defined service package terms. Students must raise refund requests in writing within the stipulated period mentioned in the package details.
K. Communication Gsc
GSC may contact you via SMS, call, or email for updates. You agree not to hold GSC liable for such communication, even if your number is registered under DNC.
L. Force Majeure Gsc
GSC shall not be held liable for any failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural calamities, internet failures, legal restrictions, or government actions.
M. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access for any user violating these terms or applicable laws. Outstanding dues must be cleared upon termination.
N. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute shall be governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts. Disputes may be first attempted to be resolved through mediation before initiating legal action.
o. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. GSC accepts no liability for non-compliance with laws outside India.
